Hurrah and joy that I have managed to create a blog layout, frustration at the size being a bit on the large end of the scale, lol.
If you come back here often you will notice it change a few times in the next few days while I tweak it about till it looks as I want it.
Then I must set to work proper on a blog layout for the lovely CraftyStarz aka Leahann, I'm getting there hunni, you won't be kept waiting much longer :)

Trick Or Treat???
Happy Samhain/ Hallowe'en all :)
All of the evenings trick or treaters have now been and gone, it was a steady stream for a good hour or so, lovely to see the local kids dressed up and having fun.
We were supposed to be going to a party tonight but unfortunately tiredness took over our little boy by 6pm and he got a bit spooked by Daddy's face paint which led to a touch of hysteria. So Daddy promptly went and washed his face and little man settled down for pyjamas and warm milk before bed.
There's always next year and by then he will have a better understanding of "dressing up" and not get freaked out (hopefully).
Luckily he went straight off to sleep and is happily snoring away in his cot.
I've been busy putting together my blog header this evening (see above, lol) I have used a beautiful kit I bought a while back called Twilight by Kasia Sikorska at Kasia Designs, so I just need to work out how to change the main background of the blog now.
We went to Borders earlier today and I bought the Florence and The Machine album, which I adore, so my next job is to import that to my iTunes so I can listen to it on my way to work in the car :)
Not sure what tomorrow holds for us yet, hoping to catch up with my sister but have a slight feeling she has already told me she is away somewhere tomorrow. I'll see where the day takes us I think, if nothing else I'm sure there will be a walk up the woods to be had before all the Autumn leaves fall.

Happy Hallowe'en !
Here it is, my 1st pumpkin carving attempt for what is most likely 16 yrs!!
I'm actually very pleased with how it turned out!
